2L Coaching Services Running Retreat
This is a unique opportunity to come together with other
runners for a three day weekend of running, learning, and having fun with
other people who share the same passion you do. There will be daily
group runs, seminars on a variety of running specific topics, hands on
demonstrations, form analysis, and more. Whether you are looking
to enjoy some runs in beautiful Fairmont Park, figure out how to avoid
getting injured, or jump start your training, this weekend running camp
offers it all.

| Getting To the Retreat: |
Driving - Take Pennsylvania Turnpike or Route 95 to Philadelphia.
Train - Travel to 30th Street Station and Take R7 or R8 regional
rail to Chestnut Hill
Plane - Arrive in Philadelphia Int'l Airport and take R1 rail to
R7 or R8. |

| Training Areas: |
- Fairmont Park (world's largest city park) is located across
the street from campus and includes a 5+ mile dirt road along
the Wissahickon Creek and many more miles of single track trails.
- Ft. Washington State Park includes miles of wooded dirt and
grass trails and is accessible via the dirt Green Ribbon Trail.
- Fitness Center on-site has treadmills, elliptical machines,
and stationary bikes.

| Accommodations: |
- The college has a newly constructed dormitory that offers suite
style accomodations - single bedrooms with shared bathrooms and

- Starting with dinner on Friday and going through brunch on Sunday,
all meals will be offered in the dining hall at the college where
a variety of nutritious and filling options will be available.
