Lowell Ladd Provides Insight to Runnersworld

Director of Coaching Lowell Ladd, who had written articles and provided coaching expertise for various publications over the past decade, has once again provided his coaching experience in an article in the September 2011 issue of Runnersword.

Ladd, who has been solicited by Runnersworld in the "Ask the Expert" portion of the magazine previously, was once again recruited by the world famous periodical for his insight on a piece entitled "Falling Behind" and deals with the challenges of training and racing with other runners.
